Saved favorites — businesses you save are stored locally on your device only, not on our servers

Location data — we do not collect or store your location. If you use map features, your device's map application handles location independently

Usage data — we may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App

Push notification tokens — if you opt in to push notifications, we collect and store your device's push notification token to deliver alerts you have requested. You can opt out at any time through the app's notification settings or your device settings. We do not share push tokens with third parties.

4. Third Party Services

The App uses the following third party services:

Supabase — powers our database of local businesses, events, and push notification tokens. Push tokens are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.

Google Maps — used for map views and directions. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy

Expo — used to build and deliver the App. Subject to Expo's Privacy Policy at expo.dev/privacy

Expo Push Notifications — used to deliver push notifications to your device when you have opted in. Push tokens are transmitted securely and used solely to deliver notifications you have requested.

5. Data Storage and Security

Saved favorites are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers

We implement reasonable security measures to protect any information we handle

We retain anonymous usage data only as long as necessary to improve the App

6. Age Rating and Alcohol Content

Chattanooga Go is rated 17+ and is intended for users 17 years of age and older.

Some content within the App references alcohol-serving establishments, happy hour specials, and bar listings. This content is intended for users of legal drinking age (21+) in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Chattanooga Go does not promote underage drinking and encourages responsible consumption.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information please contact us at chattanoogalocal.com/contact and we will delete it promptly.

7. Push Notifications

If you choose to enable push notifications, we will send you alerts about local events, business specials, happy hour deals, and other Chattanooga Go updates based on your preferences. You control which notifications you receive through the app's notification settings. You may opt out of push notifications at any time by:

Turning off notifications in the Chattanooga Go app settings

Disabling notifications for Chattanooga Go in your device settings

Opting out of push notifications does not affect your ability to use any other features of the App.
